Property Summary

Nestled at the North end of Conesus Lake. This home is a recently renovated cabin style, two story home with a more modern feel. A Nautical Theme throughout, there are four spacious bedrooms that sleep 8 people along with a chair futon located off the living room for another person to sleep. All bedrooms have a 32' flat screen and the Living Room has a 50' flat screen. PLEASE UNDERSTAND, THIS PLACE IS NOT FOR THE BAD LANGUAGE,SCREAMING LOUD PARTYING YOUNG CROWD. It's to have fun, relax and enjoy.

There are Laminant floors, carpeted bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms + a brand new quarter bathroom upstairs for those late night emergencies. The cabin has a large fully equipped Eat-in-Kitchen with seating for 6 to 8 people. Recent updates include central air conditioning and a new On Demand hot water tank.

This retreat sits right on the water and only thirty to forty feet from the waters edge. With 55 feet of frontage, a rare large level lot and your own private dock for your boat, you can't help but have fun and make lasting memories of a wonderful vacation .A spacious full length deck off the back of the house to enjoy your favorite drink at the newly built Tiki Bar, catch some rays along with your BBQ's and family gatherings. Even shade from a portion of the deck with an awning.
The views are beautiful, the sunsets are gorgeous and the fall foliage, A must see.

You'll enjoy some great fishing right off the end of the dock or all along the northern end of the lake for Large mouth bass and northern pike, not to mention pan fish. Let's not forget Ice Fishing. This Northern end of the lake is "the" spot for ice fishing .
A large firepit overlooking the lake for great campfires and smores. (with plenty of firewood included during your stay)

There are wonderful neighbors to one side and also a quiet private park on the other.

If you don't feel like cooking, there are some excellent restaurants on and around the lake, only 10 minutes or less away.
