Free cable TV and free Wi-Fi Internet access. New 55" TV in Great Room.
NOTE: Please bring all bed linens with you and take them with you when you leave.
14' Aluminum fishing boat with 15 hp motor is available to rent for an additional $200 /week
We welcome the chance to quote the monthly rate of $1,600.00 for Oct 1st – May 1st rental of our cottage: During monthly rentals, tenant must pay for gas, electric, refuse pickup, and Wi-Fi charges (if wanted). Owner will cover the water bill. The tenant also must know up front, that the only heat owner has on the second floor is baseboard electric heat in each room. The fireplace will be cleaned and inspected before tenant arrival, and in working order. Likewise, our natural gas heater is on the first floor.
Additional Livingston County tax in the amount of $55.50 must now be collected.
